And best of all - the few repairs I’ve requested so far were completed immediately by professional contractors, which the management co. paid up front. My guests would never guess this was a rental. And now I can start putting money away for a down payment, instead of wasting it on tenant lawyers and movers. Another bonus was that Jennifer gave me the most invaluable list of recommended contractors/vendors for any service a homeowner (or renter) might ever need. Finally! I have a really good, fairly priced handyman. The movers were amazing, and also fairly priced, because they were so efficient. But what really floored me was Jennifer’s visit to my new apartment with a housewarming gift, a month after I moved in. I know she is really busy, which is why her visit meant so much. And after seeing my apartment – Jennifer ‘gets’ me now. When I am ready to buy a place, I will call Jennifer, hands down. Highly recommended" - Renee
