About Jennifer
Jennifer enjoys 20 years of sales experience in the real estate industry. She has been a licensed Realtor® in the DMV since 2003, and currently holds licenses in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Jennifer has a passion for helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She works hard to stay aware of residential developments in and around the DMV. It helps that one of her favorite pastimes is exploring new communities and neighborhoods.
In addition to exploring, Jennifer is proud to have called the following cities home: Washington, DC; Falls Church, VA; Arlington, VA; Gaitherburg, MD; Frederick, MD; Greenbelt, MD; and Potomac, MD. Jennifer's intimate familiarity with neighborhoods in the DMV and all their nooks and crannies gives her clients an enviable advantage when determining the perfect property.
As a daughter of a Realtor, Jennifer inevitably grew up reading business and real estate investment books, from which she developed an entrepreneurial spirit. When she was 23, Jennifer bought two properties of her own. In 2013, she bought a third in Capitol Hill, D.C., which she fully gutted and renovated. She has been a landlord since 2006 and enjoys managing another one of her properties on Airbnb.com. It is apparent to anyone who meets Jennifer that she LOVES her career as a REALTOR®!
As the only person who can hear in her immediate family, Jennifer has developed strong ties within the Deaf Community. She is very involved in the signing community and treasures her relationships with its members.
