"Spacious, clean home in a great location within walking distance to beach and town. It was perfect for our family reunion where we had many people coming from out of state (this was one of two houses we rented). The open floor plan with the kitchen and sitting area was perfect for hanging out and we especially loved the Farmers Porch! Jen was very responsive throughout the process. Will definitely stay here again!

"This is a beautiful property with more than enough room for our multi-generational family of six adults and tree children. There are lots of nooks and crannies for people to find alone time, while the living room and dining room area can accommodate everyone at once. It is also beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The large back yard was a big hit. We often found ourselves out there at the end of the day barbecuing, sitting around the gas fire pit, or playing bocci. The location is excellent, with a short walk to a quiet beach and many restraurants close by. Jennifer was very attentive and made sure that our stay went off without any problems.

"We LOVED the location: 3/10 of a mile walk is wholly manageable, but we had the owner's PARKING Pass, too, which was huge, giving access to all the Barnstable beaches. Previous tenant left some 'issues' but Jennifer was on them immediately, came to the cottage to resolve/address, which was a great feeling to get that attention. Whole house AC was KEY as we arrived during the extended crazy August heat, then cool breezes the rest of the week let us open up the windows and enjoy the Cape air.
