"Prior to our annual vacation on Longboat Key each July, we decided it was time to investigate boating communities in the area. Our first task was to identify a realtor who we felt comfortable with. We use Compass in our home location and started with the Compass team in FL. We reviewed realtors & teams for several days and ultimately landed with the Florida Home Girls. Seeing a Career Grow and Flourish

Jen’s illustrious career began with a focus on relationship marketing, operations management, and leadership, culminating in her role as Chief Marketing Officer for a locally owned boutique/luxury real estate firm in Sarasota. In this prestigious position, she orchestrated award-winning marketing strategies for the region's most distinguished luxury properties, consulting with over 700 agents to drive innovative communications.

Following a Passion and Focus

Jen's passion for the essence of "home" has been a lifelong journey, beginning with her studies in Interior Design at Michigan State University, later refining her skills in Merchandising and Strategic Management at Davenport University. Her entry into the real estate industry in 2003, as Director of Marketing for Quicken Loans, exposed her to the swift shifts and challenges of the market, particularly during the upheaval of the 2008 real estate crash. Yet, it was Jen's resilience, optimism, and strategic agility that guided her through this tumultuous period, reinforcing her belief in the power of preparation, adaptability, and positivity as essential business practices.

Living that Gulf Coast life

Since relocating to the Sarasota area in 2011 with her family, Jen has wholeheartedly embraced the Gulf Coast lifestyle and become an integral part of the local community.
