"I had high expectations of Jennifer's service ... and she exceeded them on all counts. We were selling an investment property in an area that we had hoped would improve over time but that had actually gone somewhat downhill. We decided to sell just when the market for sales was slowing WAY down. Jennifer helped us figure out how to shorten our time to market. She helped us throughout the process, connecting us with contractors, landscapers, etc. as needed to get the house updated, inspected, staged, and ready to sell. When we had some mishaps (a thief broke in and stole some of the staging items!) she was on the scene with items from her own home so that we could still hold an open house that day. "Jennifer is a world class realtor. Due to family circumstances, we needed to get our home of 10+ years ready to sell fast. She helped us every step of the way, planning with us what needed to be done, creating a spreadsheet so we could keep track of tasks, and connecting us with service providers as needed. She also brokered a lease purchase agreement on our next house so that we could secure the property ahead of being able to make the final purchase, and move into it quickly so that our old house could be cleaned and minor repairs made more easily. Our old house was expertly staged, with input from Jennifer, and we found a buyer within a week of its going on the market. We received multiple offers and accepted one we were happy with. She then made sure that the closing took place smoothly, and in the same week as the closing on our new house.
