Parallel to her professional role, Jennifer dedicates her time and resources to numerous philanthropic efforts and community-driven organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Hawai’i Land Trust, and the Maui Humane Society, to name a few. Outside of her occupational and volunteer work, Jennifer is an avid beach goer and active lifestyle enthusiast, training in competitive outrigger canoe paddling each morning on the open ocean.
Partnered alongside her colleague Eric Littlejohn, the duo have become an authority within the Hawaiian real estate market, bringing together and building upon each other's reliable resources, significant collection of contacts, and overall industry-leading expertise. The pair has recorded some of the highest condo sales on the westside of Maui since 2018, with three of their 2021 sales ranking in the top 10 transactions for the year, island-wide. Most recently, the team closed nearly $140 million dollars worth of real estate in 2021 and are on par to continue their theme of outstanding sales in 2022 and beyond.
