"Jennifer was absolutely fantastic and flawless. She did not go "the extra mile" but the extra marathon. More than an agent, Jenny was a solution seeker. She was available to help us navigate the entire process and to aid us when things got complicated. Every step of the way her guidance and advice were honest, generous, and on point. We had the pleasure of working with her on two apartments because one fell due to pending litigation and she was incredibly professional. When we learned about the litigation, after the disclosure process, Jenny was incredibly sensible and wise. What would have otherwise been hell with an uncooperative agent on the other side and numerous bureaucratic issues, was a good experience because Jenny had our back and took the time to coordinate and convince all parties while explaining to us in details everything that was going on. Although we were first-time buyers we felt safe and taken care of because Jenny displayed all her expertise and professionalism every step of the way. She gave us space to make our own decision while also expressing her apprehensions and the pros/cons of her experience. She was unbelievably proactive and efficient but not at all pushy. Always attentive to our timings. Finally, she was considerate and patient with our kids. She gave us a fantastic housewarming present with cookies, candles, candy, etc, and even a board game for our little ones! But as great and thoughtfull as she was in those details, the best thing about Jenny is her empathy and proactivity. I can not recommend Jenny Bustillo enough, she is AMAZING and will make your home buying experience smooth and exciting, as it should be! I told my husband as a joke that she was like a wedding planner (house-purchasing-planner) and it turned out she had event planning experience! It is very evident from her capacity to multitask and be always one step ahead. She is a planner, mortgage coordinator, negotiator, deco searcher, and proactive problem-solver.
