She gave us good advice when the real estate market was somewhat depressed, then helped us find a tenant to tide us over until there was a recovery in the market. She kept us up to date about the state of sales in the area, gave us expert advice about how to best present the property, and since we were out of the area, took care of a myriad of little problems that, without her care and expertise, could have become big issues.
