Kimm and Jenn both care a tremendous amount and it seems like every detail was covered proactively and professionally. Selling a home is stressful and Kimm and Jenn do everything they can to take as much stress out of the process as possible. Kimm and Jenn were available all the time to answer my questions promptly and completely. Even when hiccups arose, as they invariably did, both Kimm and Jenn worked overtime with their team to resolve the issues. Kimm and Jenn know the local market and worked with me to price my home competitively. This resulted in multiple offers and a sale price over $50K above the asking price.
