“We were relocating to Nashville from Chicago and Jenn went above and beyond to make our transition as smooth as possible. We closed on two new properties with her, one was an investment property and the most recent one was our primary home. We had full confidence and her after meeting her for the first time. We had a group chat message with my wife, and she was always so responsive. My wife and I are very busy professionals and it’s often difficult to find time for us to meet to get on the same page during the work week. Jenn was very patient with us throughout this process. When we were looking for properties, she would go visit as many properties that we interested in and send Video clips with helpful honest feedback along the way. This saved us many back and forth trips. After we closed on our investment property, she stayed on and helped manage our rental.
