For buyers, I bring a lifetime of experience of living in the Berkshires and Columbia County to bare on every buyers process and am here to help guide my clients towards a new home that fits their lifestyle as well as their financial, emotional and geographical needs. Having cultivated long standing relationships with lawyers, brokers, engineers, inspectors, accountants, contractors and professionals at all levels, I can get a prompt response to hold a deal together in this fast paced, competitive market.  

Berkshire Property Agents was born out of my longstanding passion for real estate. My business partner, Tim Lovett, and I became licensed brokers around the same time and during our years at competing agencies, gravitated towards each other, recognizing in one another a true love of the business and mutual desire for smarter agency development. With a long, successful career in marketing and sales, Tim is a creative out of the box thinker when it comes to promoting not only our company, but our clients and our long lasting partnership has nurtured the thriving business and strong family of agents we are today. 

After 17 years running a boutique firm Tim and I decided, in 2024, to join Compass to provide even more for our clients. We believe community sells community and have had unparalleled success in every market; residential, raw land and commercial.

We try to be everywhere just like our properties which is why this partnership, with the most successful real estate company in the US, is brining cutting edge technology to our market where our roots grow deep.

Born in Great Barrington I am so gregarious to still call it home. My father was a postman and my mother has been in the mortgage business for over 40 years which fueled my interest in real estate from a young age. I attended the Berkshire Waldorf School, Undermountain and Berkshire and having raised my three children here, can offer much in the way guidance around the various institutions, camps, what to do on a rainy day. 

I attended the College of Charleston where I fell in love with the historic homes of that city after which I moved back to the Berkshires to start a family and give my children the same Berkshires experience I so cherished. Being a local gives me insight into the entire region, not just Berkshire County but Columbia and Litchfield Counties as well. I know the schools, the farmers markets, the hidden gems for hiking or swimming and the pros and cons that each town hides within it’s verdant folds. 

I have also over the past twenty five years undertaken numerous renovations both commercial and residential including restorations, gut renovations and in 2022 a new build project. I have renovated ranches, multi-families and lovely old colonial homes. Suffice to say I can relate to and am able to orient my clients to the reality of purchasing something other than a turnkey property.
