As an experienced Broker, Jeffrey’s learned that it's much more important to focus on his client and not the property. He’s not here to "sell" you, he’s here to represent your best interests in the process of you investing or divesting in the largest financial commitments you’ll ever make in your lifetime. Jeffrey has more than 2 decades in a very successful technology career that included systems & product development, product management & product marketing, customer sales & service, and executive leadership in large corporate & small startup environments, including Dell, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, and Intel funded startups. During his technology career, Jeffrey was also involved in buying and selling real estate, focused on renovating and resale for profit, and development. His second career as a real estate broker was a natural next step. He’s achieved similar success in his real estate career and continues to deliver best-in-class planning and execution to all his clients, past, present, and future.
In closing, Jeffrey never allows a conflict of interest to exist in his job of representing your best interests. He will NEVER represent another party in the same transaction as the one he is representing you in. He does NOT accept bonuses, nor incentives from another party.
