As an experienced Broker, Jeffrey’s learned that it's much more important to focus on his client and not the property. Just as important, Jeffrey will execute to that plan with his own expertise, and his time-tested industry resources based on your and the property’s specific needs.  That expertise runs the gamut of pricing strategies, negotiating, market positioning, design/build choices, property rehab/make-ready, staging, best-in-class media production, including photography, video, floor plans, 3D renderings, social and multi-media advertising, and worldwide syndication.

All of this effort requires the ability to plan and execute. Jeffrey has more than 2 decades in a very successful technology career that included systems & product development, product management & product marketing, customer sales & service, and executive leadership in large corporate & small startup environments, including Dell, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, and Intel funded startups. During his technology career, Jeffrey was also involved in buying and selling real estate, focused on renovating and resale for profit, and development. His second career as a real estate broker was a natural next step.  He’s achieved similar success in his real estate career and continues to deliver best-in-class planning and execution to all his clients, past, present, and future.

In closing, Jeffrey never allows a conflict of interest to exist in his job of representing your best interests. He will NEVER represent another party in the same transaction as the one he is representing you in.  He does NOT accept bonuses, nor incentives from another party. His referral network of contractors is selected based on a balance of high quality and affordable prices, and he does NOT accept kickbacks from any of his vendors, nor do they pay him any advertising fees. Again, nothing gets in the way of his job, always representing your best interests.
