About Jeffrey
Jeff Kloenne has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes in Colorado over the past twenty-five years. Jeff has become an expert in the luxury real estate market. Along with the Pradera, Vivant, and Bell Mountain Ranch neighborhoods - of which he was part of the development team - he also specializes in many other high-end South Denver neighborhoods such as Cherry Point, Heritage Hills, and The Timbers at the Pinery. It’s also a family legacy, as his father, Jack, was a well-respected developer/sales manager of some of Denver’s most loved communities. He has given a lot of his time to the Home Builder’s Association of Metro Denver, and to his local church and community. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and their two beautiful girls in the mountains or on the golf course.

"Jeff is an exceptional real estate agent. I have worked with many real estate professionals , moving more times than I ever thought I would, he is by far better than any that I have worked with. Anticipating my youngest leaving for University I decided to put my home on the market to down size. I first went with an agent and broker that was well know in my neighborhood thinking that with his knowledge of the area he would be the best choice. The house unfortunately sat on the market for almost a year, I was told that there really wasn't a huge market for $1m+ homes.
