"Jeff is an exceptional real estate agent. I have worked with many real estate professionals , moving more times than I ever thought I would, he is by far better than any that I have worked with. Anticipating my youngest leaving for University I decided to put my home on the market to down size. I first went with an agent and broker that was well know in my neighborhood thinking that with his knowledge of the area he would be the best choice. The house unfortunately sat on the market for almost a year, I was told that there really wasn't a huge market for $1m+ homes. I decided that I would take it off the market for a while and perhaps put it up again in a year or two. Jeff originally represented the sellers of the home I lived in. He stopped by during the summer and said if I was interested in putting my house on the market again that he would like to represent me.
