Absolutely loved my experience working with Jeff. The energy he brings is second to none. Don’t think we could have gotten the home we are in today had we worked with anyone else. Our home finding journey had both highs and lows. After losing our first bid we were nearly ready to walk away. But Jeff was ready and always willing to explore other options. He listened, followed up to gather feedback and was always down to talk through our ideas of an ideal home. Ultimately we got THE home that exceeds our original wishlist. We learned a lot along the way and ultimately feel the payout was worth the challenges we endured. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff is unlike any agent we have worked with. He always brought the best energy where often we asked ourselves “how does this guy do it?” We lost out on a couple houses we were in love with due to multiple bids. But now that we are home looking back, we are grateful things panned out the way that they did and that Jeff was there for every step of the way. He listened, followed up after every showing, answered all of our questions and most importantly never gave up on us even when we were deflated. It has been so great having Jeff in our corner every step of the way.

Jeff has been a wonderful, and patient agent for us. We moved from California to the Seattle Eastside area around a year ago and were looking for place to call home. While visiting various houses in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond, we met Jeff at one of the homes for sale and got talking. We said we would probably rent for a while and were expecting him to lose interest like so many other realtors did, but that didn't happen - he gave us great information about the different areas, what to look out for etc. even though he knew we would not be putting in an offer for the listing he had an Open House for. We exchanged details and not long after he contacted us saying he happened to notice a nice rental property that ticked all of our boxes, and we ended up getting it. Even though rentals aren't his specialty, he did help us out, which isn't something we'll ever forget. Fast Forward half a year later, we were finally ready to buy and Jeff was still in the back of our minds. He remembered us and was happy to help. We found an visited some wonderful properties in different locations, in the end we settled for a home we thought we could only dream of. With Jeff's help we put in an offer, everything went smooth. He also had contacts for us like inspectors, contractors and handy men as well as other information that could be useful in the area. When we got the keys to our house, he made a great little video to celebrate the moment and he left a surprise gift for us at the house. All in all, it's been quite a journey for us and Jeff has been along for most of the way. We gladly recommend Jeff, he went above and beyond with our search to find the right place and we're very happy to have worked with him.

"Jeff is a very professional real estate agent. He helped with the analysis of the market and gave very useful advice. Most importantly, he helped me get my first home!"

"Jeff has been wonderful with helping my family find a great home. Moving from a different state to Washington, he has been helpful with giving information about different cities and neighborhoods in this area. Initially  we were looking to buy, but settled on renting instead so we wouldn't get buyer's regret in an unknown area. Jeff was supportive all the way, even with our adjusted requirements and budget and he found us a wonderful rental. Once we're ready to buy, Jeff will be on the top of our list of realtors to contact."

About Jeff
For Seattle's Eastside-based broker Jeff Harrison, there’s nothing more meaningful in life than helping someone build a future that’s even brighter than their past. Guided by the belief that safeguarding the future starts at home, Jeff’s mission is to help every one of his clients find the right home or sell for the best possible price.

A seasoned professional executive with over 35 years of experience in sales and business development, Jeff once spent his days targeting multi-million-dollar enterprises across the Technology Services, Software, and Technology Hardware industries — to name just a few. After stepping down from his position as VP of Sales, Jeff has since turned his focus to a field that long ago piqued his interest: residential real estate. Married to the 30+ year owner of a successful Real Estate Appraisal Business, Jeff credits Linda with his vast knowledge of and connection to the real estate world today. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Jeff, now a full-service Realtor, is also the Managing Director of three real estate investment trusts with interests in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico — that is, when he’s not helping clients buy and sell a bit closer to home.

A 30+ year resident of Seattle’s Eastside and having raised 3 UW Husky graduates, Jeff is passionate about the community where he lives and works. He loves helping his clients discover what makes the area such a special place to settle down and get involved — from Bellevue to Redmond, Kirkland, and beyond. Known for his ability to navigate complex deals of any size, Jeff routinely leverages his corporate expertise for his clients’ benefit. Whether you need advice on pricing your property or the steady hand of a skilled negotiator, Jeff is the agent clients can always count on to deliver meaningful results with the power to change lives.

When he’s not working for his clients, you can find Jeff fly fishing, escaping to his cabin at Black Butte Ranch, sampling new restaurants, and rocking out to the concerts of up-and-coming bands with his wife, Linda.
