"When my mother passed away in 2014 she left two houses to me to sell the two properties. I was overwhelmed by the task at hand but remembered that Jeff was an experienced Alameda realtor. The first phone call I made to him proved him to be sympathetic, efficient and took most of the details. Trying to sell two homes located next-door to each other was a daunting task. Jeff recommended, after much discussion, to keep the rental and sell the residence since it would take a while to empty the residence. He had the names and phone numbers of the necessary contacts to help with the numerous tasks to prepare the home for sale.
