About Jean

Jean is a longtime Dallas resident, serving Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. Upon starting her real estate career in 1997, Jean was awarded Rookie of the Year and since then has an impressive resume of highly satisfied clients who do not hesitate to refer her.

Prior to her real estate career, Jean worked as a Registered Nurse in the operating rooms of Parkland Memorial Hospital. Her passion is caring for others and this continues to be demonstrated in how she serves her clients. Jean provides exceptional, professional service in a warm, empathetic manner. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Because of Jean’s personal attention to her clients and always putting her clients first, she has not only earned their repeat business, but many have also become friends.

Jean’s daughter Rachel Pennant, joined her in 2017 and together they are the Pennant Team. She provides real estate services for residential sales, luxury properties, new construction, and investment properties.

When she is not working, Jean enjoys spending time with her husband John, their daughters and son-in-law, Rachel, Sarah, and Reece. She is also a doting grandmother to her grandson, Penn. Jean serves on the board of the Faculty Women’s Club at UT Southwestern Medical Center, is involved with Children’s Miracle Network, and is a member of Shoreline City Church. She also loves cooking, reading, traveling, and being with the family dogs – Bogey and Bunker!
