As a third generation Washingtonian, Jean has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, as well as having lived in a number of different Washington cities. She and her husband, Paul, fell in love with Anacortes while boating in the San Juan Islands, making the decision to move here from Bellevue, WA, in 1999.
