A University of Tennessee Knoxville graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, J.D. has always been fascinated by human connection and the countless decisions families arrive at to make life work. Today, J.D. leverages those interests with his ever-growing real estate knowledge, ardent people person skills, and cheerful charisma to advocate for his clients, whether they’re looking to relocate to Nashville from across America or just hoping to sell their current home and move up the street.

He also leverages local connections with builders and developers (giving him a first look at new builds), all so J.D. can represent his clients and ensure their needs are met.
A Knoxville native who moved to Nashville in 2007, J.D. fell in love with Music City on day #1 and has fallen in love with the city every day since. As Nashville has grown from a small state capital to a bustling urban hub and the region’s most iconic cultural melting pot, J.D. has found his calling in helping other families make the 'Athens of the South' their home.
