"We bought our first house with the help of Javier and he made it a painless process. We knew next to nothing about all the details and he walked us through every step of the way and explained in ways we could understand. Even when the sale was completely done and we moved into our house Javier was still very responsive and helpful when we texted him with questions. For example, we had a little issue with the AC unit that the sellers installed (as part of the contract) and Javier paid to have issue resolved with his HVAC contact.
