With over three decades of experience in the Kansas City metro area, Jason Spalitto is a dedicated real estate professional known for his deep local knowledge and commitment to client success. Born and raised in the community, Jason is a proud graduate of Blue Valley schools and Kansas State University, where he also played college baseball.

Jason began his real estate journey in 1993 with J.C. Nichols, initially specializing in residential properties. His career evolved to encompass farmland and commercial real estate, reflecting his versatility and comprehensive understanding of the market. Growing up in a family of realtors, Jason gained invaluable insights when later working alongside his mother and sister at the Spalitto Company. These experiences, combined with his background in new construction and strong connections with contractors, allows him to provide tailored real estate solutions that meet the unique needs of his diverse clientele.

With over 1,000 transactions and more than $100 million in sales, Jason's track record speaks volumes about his dedication and success in the industry.

Outside of real estate, Jason loves spending time outdoors at the dog park with his beloved dog, Meatball, and prioritizes his fitness and staying active. Married to a fellow realtor, Jason continues to build both his personal and professional life in the city he has always called home.
