About Jason
Jason is a native Houstonian, licensed as both a real estate broker and an attorney in the state of Texas. His extensive knowledge and skills are highly sought after by individuals and families who understand the importance of their investment in home purchase or sale.
Calm and efficient, he provides well-reasoned advice so his clients can make informed decisions. Jason strives for his client to always feel that their interests are being protected and they are getting good and timely advice. He relies on his legal background in negotiations and contractual matters and gets high marks from past clients who are confident that he can help them navigate the many issues that take place in each and every real estate sale.
Customer service is another aspect of his background that is readily apparent to both his clients and others involved in the transaction. He feels it is imperative to interact professionally (and friendly) with the opposing agent and their client, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and contractors. He is attempting to conclude a transaction to get a buyer into and a seller out of a home. As a real estate professional, Jason feels it is his duty to make buying a home an easy and even fun experience.
Upon graduation from Washington and Lee University, he worked for five years at Astrodome USA as an event coordinator. This was a customer service oriented position, where varied events and diverse groups of people were the norm. From this position, he left to go to law school, and then worked for five years as in-house counsel at Clear Channel Entertainment in the insurance and risk management areas.
The transition to real estate full time in 2005 was not unexpected, given his background in real estate. His interests, owned by his father and uncle, have been in Houston real estate for forty years, developing a number of subdivisions and commercial building sites. Jason gained valuable experience working in all aspects of the company for a number of years. Additionally, his wife is an architect, and they have designed and renovated homes for themselves, and for friends and family.
