About Jared
Jared grew up a New Englander, specifically from the Ocean State: Rhode Island. However, after spending the holiday break each year vacationing in Jupiter, Florida, and four amazing years at the University of Miami, it was an easy decision to make Florida his home.
Jared joined the legacy of 3 generations of his family by attending the University of Miami. While at “The U”, Jared took advantage of opportunities through The School of Business Administration by landing internship roles at the Miami Heat, SportsMemorabilia.com, and Tran Logisitcs while studying Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, and Sports Administration. Jared continues to give back to the students at the University of Miami as a Student Advisor for Orange Umbrella, a student agency course.
After graduating from UM, Jared worked at Perry Ellis International as a Marketing Manager for their Golf Brands (Callaway, Jack Nicklaus, PGA Tour, Ben Hogan, Grand Slam, Original Penguin) and Professional Sports Partnerships (Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes). This experience in selling, negotiating, marketing, and management helped land Jared's next role which was joining Compass in 2016.
Over the past 6+ years, Jared has worked with Compass agents to grow their business locally in South Florida and assisted in numerous nationwide initiatives. Jared originally began his time at Compass on the Miami-Dade County Marketing Team. From there, Jared has progressed to the Sales Management Team in Miami Beach & Aventura. Jared has found his passion as a sales leader playing a part in helping agents take their businesses to reach new heights.
