With a master’s degree in landscape architecture and extensive experience in real estate, design, and construction, Jared excels in marketing, negotiation, market research and analysis, project management, and creative problem solving. These skills allow him to address complex real estate challenges and provide lasting value to his clients.
In addition to his work at Realty SA Compass, Jared is the founder and principal of XERØS Project, a studio dedicated to small-scale development projects. He is actively involved in ULI San Antonio, The Small Scale Developers Forum (SSDF), and ASLA, and is currently pursuing his landscape architecture license, TREC brokerage license, and CCIM designation.
