Janina's family has deep roots in New York's real estate and architecture industries, with her great-great-grandfather being the architect responsible for designing Brooklyn's notable landmarks, such as the Prospect Park Boathouse. Her father was also an architect who designed private modernist residences in Montauk.
In addition to her real estate career, Janina served as the Vice President of her building's board and has first-hand knowledge of the intricacies involved in working with a co-op.
