Janice Spearbeck

Born in Virginia, and raised in Southern Maryland, Janice has been in the DC Metro region for her entire life. She has been building her real estate career for over a decade and believes in creating a smooth and low stress process for all of her clients. In 2018, Janice was named a 30 under 30 honoree given by the National Association of Realtors and Realtor Magazine.  

She works tirelessly to ensure that her clients are treated fairly, honestly, and recognizes that her value is in negotiating and managing her clients' real estate process from start to finish. Janice is a proud graduate of Elon University and an avid Washington D.C. sports fan. She loves to read thrillers + memoirs and when not working you can catch her with friends and family eating across the DMV.
