Janice is a Delaware native who has resided in Sussex County all her life.
She prides her self on being able to also help the Spanish speaking community.
In 2013, she was on the hunt for the perfect home to grow a Family in. The homebuying process was such a wonderful experience with minor bumps along the way. That experience set the stage for the career she has chosen- it inspired her to replicate the process with her own flair.
