Jane Rowley is a multidisciplinary, relationship-focused agent and strategist with extensive real estate and business experience. Dealing in residential and commercial real estate, Jane specializes in new construction and investment opportunities.
She launched her career in this industry from her love of real estate, architecture, and interior design. Before transitioning into real estate, Jane started her professional career as an investment banker in Australia. She served as Director of Marketing for two of the largest real estate investment trusts on the West Coast. Jane also held similar positions in the private real estate sector and was involved in transactions ranging from $1 million to $3.5 billion. Before moving into sales, Jane was the Vice President of Marketing at a premier Southern California real estate investment, development, and brokerage firm.
She was responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, campaign creation, all property marketing, and brand positioning. With her deep knowledge of interior design, she can help identify an ideal property, and then help customize to your individual specifications after the purchase. Or help prepare your home for sale. On a personal note, Jane is dog-obsessed, an avid traveler, and a lover of all things fashion, design and architecture. She also is fluent in Croatian.
