"Jane has worked very hard in a difficult situation. Selling a condo in the Oaks Preserve is almost impossible given the mandatory Club membership and very high entrance and quarterly fees the Board has pursued. Every viewing resulted in the potential buyers saying the condo showed very well (it was renovated into as new condition and furnished to a very high standard with great views) but the Board and fees was a problem. She worked with us over an extended period to adjust the offering and eventually found a win win for buyer and seller.
