Jamie works with buyers, sellers, investors, and builders throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Licensed since 2009, his experience spans every segment of the market. He has led sales for more than a dozen new construction developments, guided first time buyers as well as seasoned homeowners, and helped investors and builders identify opportunities to maximize long term value and profitability.
His sales history includes everything from 200 plus year old historic homes to newly constructed, ultra modern residences, as well as urban condominiums and single family estates. Jamie is also a real estate investor with experience in the construction and renovation process having completed a gut renovation of his primary residence. He has even represented clients in commercial transactions. This depth and range of experience allow Jamie to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
A native of the area, Jamie grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. He earned a degree in Business and played lacrosse at the University of Mary Washington. Before entering real estate brokerage, Jamie worked as a research analyst, advising real estate developers and institutional investors on market trends, pricing, and design strategy.
Jamie lives in the Wakefield Forest neighborhood of Fairfax County with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, working on his golf game at local courses, and is an avid Formula 1 racing fan.
