"The Brooklyn real estate market is not for the faint of heart. After months of frustration trying to buy an apartment in our desired neighborhood, my husband and I were lucky enough to connect with Jamie who immediately set us at ease. He patiently walked us through the process, gave us detailed background information on buildings and neighborhoods, and was always available to answer questions and keep us updated. Thanks to Jamie we were able to purchase an apartment we love–he even guided us through the co-op board approval process and groomed us for the interview. Jamie truly cares about all his clients and will go above and beyond for you. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

"Our move to NYC was last minute and high stress, but Jamie made the most difficult part (finding a great NYC apartment) a breeze. We were moving to NYC from out-of-state due to an unexpected job offer, and I literally had about 3 hours to find the right apartment. Somehow, someway, Jamie managed to find us an apartment which “checked all the boxes” for us (and we had many requirements…including 3 pets, a balcony, close to trains, tight budget, etc). We loved our apartment so much, and I was so impressed by Jamie’s professionalism, thoroughness, and friendly personality that when we decided to buy an apartment 2 years later, Jamie was the first person I called. Jamie patiently guided us through the process of buying in NYC (we have bought and sold several properties across the country, but NYC is a different animal!) and his knowledge of Brooklyn really shined-through as he gently helped us realize that the one neighborhood we were initially considering wasn’t necessarily the best option for us. In hindsight, I am even more amazed at how patient and gentle he was given our lack of Brooklyn-knowledge. He clearly has a pulse on the market and he seems to have a sixth sense about which areas are good investments and also which are the best fit for your personality…both great skills to have in your corner. I can go on and on, but let me summarize with these words: don’t think twice about working with him- you won’t regret it! I’ve worked with him in a time crunch and I’ve worked with him in a long search, and in both cases it was an awesome experience. Thanks Jamie!

"I started in a new job earlier this year in mid-town Manhattan. The daily commute from my home in PA was not an attractive option, so I initiated the NYC apartment hunt which is rather daunting for a first timer. As luck would have it, I connected with Jamie through a colleague. Jamie comes across more as a consultant than a salesman. He is thorough, transparent, ethical, and he treated my wife and I as though we were purchasing a multi-million dollar property. Because of his expertise in helping us find an apartment that met our needs, I only interacted with Jamie for a very short period; however I somehow feel that I have a new friend in NYC. I look forward to working with him again, and I readily recommend him to anyone seeking NYC real estate assistance.

"Jamie was an absolute gem to work with. He was very professional, extremely efficient and was understanding of my budget and what my absolute non-negotiables were. We looked at dozens of apartments and he was extremely patient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.

"As a first-time buyer I was extremely anxious about navigating the Brooklyn real estate market, having heard many concerning things about the process. Luckily, I was referred to Jamie. I don’t know that I gave Jamie a ton to work with since I didn’t have that clear an idea of what I was looking for, but he quickly helped me identify exactly the kind of unit I was looking for and took control of the process from the very beginning. I repeatedly told Jamie that I felt as if everything was in good hands and I was right. Jamie has encyclopedic knowledge of these neighborhoods and the market and was also upfront and honest. It really took almost all the stress out of the process as he walked me through each step and was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. What’s more, he’s as personable as he is professional, so the process of finding a home was, at some points, actually enjoyable and fun. I’d refer anybody looking to live or sell in Brooklyn to Jamie and will definitely use him for any future needs.
