About Jamie
Jamie is a specialist in Industrial Real Estate and 1031 Exchange buying and selling. He also has years of experience in retail, office, and land, both in speculation and development. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors with the SIOR designation, is a member of CCIM, and operates as both a transactional broker and investor.
 
Jamie and his team represent Buyers and Sellers along with Landlords and Tenants in most Commercial Real Estate asset classes. Jamie holds an active real estate license in Tennessee and Alabama, with affiliated brokers all over the United States.

In the past, Jamie also participated in residential real estate, with a great amount of experience and success. While he no longer personally works on residential real estate, his team still has a strong presence in the middle Tennessee market.
