Jim graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 and has a wealth of experience helping customers dating back to 2013. He started his sales career at a small business company that provided social media platforms to help businesses generate and maximize their presence on social media.

 

Jim's dedication to customer service led him to work for the Philadelphia Flyers on their sales team and later, Liberty Mutual, where he assisted customers during some of the most stressful times in their lives. He prides himself on providing his clients with peace of mind, knowing that they are in good hands and receiving the best service possible.

 

In 2021, Jim joined The Minghenelli Team where he continues to provide exceptional customer service to clients during the sale or purchase of their property. He ensures that clients are educated on all potential options and the sales process, providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions.

 

Jim's impressive sales skills were demonstrated when he started with the Ryder Club of Voorhees. He helped clients purchase new construction homes by explaining the different models, structural upgrades, and selections available. Jim maintained regular communication with buyers to update them on ongoing construction progress. He successfully sold five out of 23 homes in that community, including the first one which sold for $950,000!

 

In 2022, Jim completed 16 transactions totaling over $5.5 million, highlighting his strong sales skills and attention to detail.

 

In addition to his sales expertise, Jim is also the Marketing Manager for The Minghenelli Team. He manages the team's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, and CRM. Jim has significantly grown the platforms by posting customized social media videos and point-of-view drone videos for new listings.

 

In his free time, Jim likes to relax on the beach in Margate during the summers, and he is an avid snowboarder. He is also a member of Little Mill Country Club and volunteers his time to assist Flyers Special Hockey at Skate Zone, where he helps disabled children learn how to play ice hockey.
