James Reed III

James Reed is a NYC real estate veteran with a solid 17 years of experience. He is thankful to have a place in this industry being privy to some of the most cutting edge, desirable, envelope- pushing and record setting real estate in the world. He enjoys the challenges this business brings, loves cultivating new relationships and believes trust is not only paramount, but the cornerstone of any relationship. 

Throughout his career, James has focused on educating, preparing, and delivering results for his clientele. He is well versed in the Condo and Co-op markets, specializes in finding value as well as helping people navigate this complex, easily overwhelming market. Possessing an uncanny ability to facilitate and simplify almost any property sale or search comes naturally, as does honesty, attention to detail, and patience. 

James stems from a multicultural background, hails from Connecticut and is the oldest of five. He graduated from Amherst College where he hosted a radio show, swam on the team, and played drums for the Gospel choir. Having lived in NYC for 20 years, he has become enamored by its energy, diversity, convenience, and by the myriad of delicious eateries. He is an Eagle Scout and an immensely proud father of two amazing little humans.
