About Pat

Nobody knows Reno better than Pat Cashell. He has 56 years of experience of living in the area and knows the ins and outs of the area like no one else. Pat has held his real estate license in Northern Nevada since 2008.

His father, Bob Cashell, was a pioneer in the gaming industry in Northern Nevada and mayor of Reno for 12 years. Pat has a vast network of connections, lifetime of knowledge and experience in the Northern Nevada area.

Pat specializes in real estate development and investments. Along with his partner in the Cashell Group, Jessica Torres, they provide the full spectrum of real estate services.

Outside of the real estate world, Pat spends his time in the great outdoors. He can often be found hiking, mountain biking, skiing or snowshoeing in the mountains.
