With a family background in real estate ownership and rental operations, James has cultivated a natural affinity for the industry. His experience on the North Fork and New York City in home sales and rental operations gained firsthand experience in real estate transactions. During his high school years, he also collaborated with local real estate branches, where he assisted with on-site staging and fostered direct customer interactions.
