James Bond III has for nearly 20 years as a broker and developer, been driven by his passion for San Francisco’s architectural landscape, diverse population and vibrant real estate scene. This veteran of the business has closed a multitude of sales crossing all property types, represented a broad clientele from municipalities and corporations to celebrities and first-time buyers, and developed over 50 residential and commercial projects.
Most importantly, James has a genuine concern for people's needs and focuses intently on delivering the best results possible. Whether selling or renting a moderately-priced apartment or the most exclusive luxury home, he treats every client and transaction with the same urgency as if it were his only one. Because of this philosophy, James enjoys a stellar reputation for excellent service, meticulous attention to detail and creative outside-the-box thinking which has won him loyal lifelong clients.
James' experience is backed by a formal real estate education, which affords him an incomparable understanding of the real estate market and complex transactions. He holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from USC, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in World Literature.
Originally from Los Angeles, James has enjoyed a bi-coastal career having spent a significant amount of time working in New York city. Currently residing in San Francisco he specializes in residential and commercial properties located on the Northern end of the San Francisco Peninsula.
