James brings a somewhat unfair sales, marketing, and valuation advantage to real estate. First-time buyers, cross-country movers, family offices, personal estates, and investors gain a results driven thought partner and CFA Charterholder with 25+ years of marketing, asset valuation, contract negotiation, and sales experience. His team has decades of experience staging, renovating, developing, marketing, buying and selling real estate to get the best price possible for clients.

Earlier in his career, James became one of the highest producing salespeople and then led what would become at the time one of the most profitable offices at FactSet Research Systems (NYSE: FDS). He went on to become a founding investor and managing executive of Norbury Financial, and COO of ClearMomentum. All these companies were in the business of measuring the value, risk, and performance of common and exotic financial assets.

Married with two daughters, James has supported the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Epiphany School through participation in the Boston Marathon, Dublin Marathon, and three-time Pan Mass Challenge rider. He holds a degree in Economics from Kenyon College is a member of the CFA Society in Boston.
