About Jake
Jake Heffern - After graduating from American University with a BS in Broadcast Journalism, Jake was a licensed Realtor® and member of The Phipps Team for four years. He left Rhode Island for the West Coast and a position as Marketing Coordinator with one of the premier mid-sized law firms in the U.S., with offices in New York, D.C. and Los Angeles (where he was based for five years), before returning a few years ago to be closer to friends and family and focus on his professional passions. That pursuit ultimately led Jake back to his extended Phipps Family as a Realtor® and member of the team.
Jake grew up in the Washington Park section of Providence, and while he lived in Washington, D.C., and Santa Monica, California for years, he always knew he would make Rhode Island his forever home. Being back in Rhode Island among his family and closest friends has only strengthened Jake’s sense of community and appreciation for his home state. Being part of a family business and helping other families establish their roots in a home of their own is particularly rewarding to him.
