"Jake helped my husband and I step-by-step through our first home-buying experience. He walked us through the pre-approval process and all of the x’s and o’s of applying for a loan, etc. We shared with him what it was that we were looking for in a home, outlined our budget and neighborhood preferences, and we were off to the races.
Jake was consistently sharing lists of homes that were new on the market that matched our preferences and he was very flexible with his availability when it came to scheduling viewings. He made himself available to us and even picked us up in his own vehicle to tour us around any/all surrounding areas of each home to help us get a feel if we saw ourselves living in the neighborhood long term.
Jake’s consultative approach when viewing each home was much appreciated, and it allowed us to learn a lot about the do’s and dont’s of home buying and what to look for when it came to flaws or imperfections that may have become costly investments to our limited budget long term.
