"Talk about Kismet, we were making our third annual trip to purchase a home in the hot market called Santa Barbara. A few days prior to our trip, a house we liked that was taken off the market came back on. We asked the realtor we had been working with for a year. To call us if the house came back on the market. Never heard a word. A friend recommended Jackie Potter. We flew into SB for the open house. Jackie met us at the airport because our car was delayed. We loved the house and made an offer. Another person made a higher bid and needed financing. They didn't get financing and our bid was accepted.
