About Jacob
Jacob Gardner-Rosen is a dedicated Real Estate professional with a passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Residing in Brentwood on the Westside has provided Jacob with the opportunity to develop familiarity with what makes Los Angeles the cosmopolitan cultural hub it is today. Jacob weaves this knowledge into the experiences he delivers to his clients to maximize the value they receive from their real estate.

Upon graduating from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. with degrees in International Business and Marketing Jacob moved from his hometown of Philadelphia to San Francisco to begin his career working in technology.

Eventually, Jacob's experiences overseeing sales and leases of his family's properties in the United States and internationally, coupled with the highly entrepreneurial mindset he built and fostered within technology startups, motivated him to pursue his passion for real estate.

While in technology, Jacob helped grow books of business worth in excess of $150 million dollars of annually recurring revenue in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy roles at large Fortune 500 companies and startups like Adobe, Samsara, and Tradewing. 

These experiences provide him with a deep understanding of how to quickly navigate complex negotiations and execute strategies in dynamic growth environments—skills that lend themselves well to the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the Los Angeles real estate market.

As an avid athlete who was recruited to Georgetown's Division 1 men's rowing program, Jacob is no stranger to grit, tenacity, and healthy competition—qualities he constantly channels to help his clients secure the best outcomes.
