Jackie Ball

A Philadelphia native, I grew up in the West Oak Lane neighborhood. I attended high school at Cecilian Academy in Germantown, and then relocated to New Kent, Virginia. I attended Howard University and majored in Communications/Journalism. After college, I moved back to Virginia and lived in Williamsburg, VA. While in Virginia, my real estate experience was while I worked  as a Community Development Coordinator with the City’s housing authority and a local Developer on a subdivision consisting of 52 new homes.

I returned to Philadelphia in 2006. I received my Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 2016. I worked as a real estate agent part-time while working as an Executive for a major Healthcare plan until the end of 2020.

My first year as a full-time Real Estate Agent was in 2021. My gross sales totaled over $7M that year. I have a team of two agents who are a part of L & L Legacy Group under Compass. The goal of L&L Legacy Group is to assist all of our clients with adding Real Estate to their legacy. 

I service Philadelphia, Montgomery County and Southwest Delaware County. Real Estate is my passion, and I love what I do!
