"It is hard to express just how amazing Jaci is and what a tremendous blessing she was in helping us achieve our dream of moving to Florida. We came to Jacksonville FL, in April 2023 and a family member recommended we work with Jaci. Because of our special needs we needed a home that would be wheelchair accessible. Jaci showed us new builds and helped us meet with home builders and was such a great source of knowledge both with existing and new home building. From our existing home in Chicago Jaci continued to work with us until we found a builder that could build our home with custom accessible attributes like a barrier free shower. She continued to help us find the perfect lot and was always there for us throughout the build process sometimes driving long distances to inspect the build and provide us with photo updates, she even recommended a third-party inspector that was able to point out issues we never would have thought of. Jaci, licensed as Jacquelyn Ward, is an accomplished Real Estate Broker boasting a remarkable 19-year tenure within the Northeast Florida market. Specializing in residential properties and vacant land spanning St. Johns, Duval & Clay Counties, she focuses on prominent areas such as Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, San Marco, Riverside, and Palm Coast.

A native of the Chicagoland area, Jaci ventured to Florida to attend college. She landed a career in marketing in Northeast Florida and now is a well-connected Real Estate Broker. She achieved success through her innovative sales and marketing skills, as well as strategic business partnerships. Currently serving as the Principal for the Envision Group at Compass Florida, she has actively participated in several million dollars worth of real estate sales in Northeast Florida.
