When it came to selling our home she laid out what it took to get top dollar for our home. She moves fast so you'll have to keep up. That being said I don't remember ever having to wait on her for anything. Our home was on the market for about 2 days and under on the 3rd. All of her suggestions led to us selling for more than we expected. My Past In a Nutshell:
Midwestern born and mostly midwestern raised, I ventured south to Ole Miss on scholarship and fell in love with life. I loved the warmth, the glorious magnolia trees, the die-hard SEC sports mentality, the country music, the traditions and the people. For the next 17 years, I was centrally located to my family and made St. Louis home while building a successful career in Sales Management. In 2011, I found myself ready for a change, accepted a job and made the move to Nashville. Years later, still 100% in love with the town, I concluded Nashville was my forever home. It was finally time to follow my passion and family history into Real Estate. In my 1st year in the business, I closed nearly $7m in property and was runner up for Rookie of the Year in Williamson County. I have never looked back.
Personal Life:
Outside of Real Estate, you can find me listening to live music, cheering on various sports, walking a trail, at an NSC Soccer Game, traveling the world or enjoying dinner and drinks with family and friends.
