Iris Chavarria

Iris Chavarria is a Madison area native. Since graduating from East High School in 2021, she is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Consumer Behavior. As a People Scholar, Iris is an active member in her community demonstrating hard work and dedication. Iris is also an active member in the greater Madison chamber, where she enriches connections and fosters collaboration, embodying our values of integrity and service.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Iris utilizes her bilingual skills to better serve a wider range of clients and guide them to accomplish their real estate goals. She discovered her passion for real estate in the summer of 2022 and obtained her license shortly thereafter.  With Iris, you can expect more than just a transaction; you can expect a genuine commitment to your goals. She is dedicated to fostering authentic relationships with her clients, understanding that the journey doesn't end at the closing table. Iris is committed to being there every step of the way, providing support and guidance long after the deal is done.

Outside of real estate, Iris is an avid runner, having competed in half and full marathons since high school. When not pounding the pavement, she enjoys traveling, with favorite destinations including San Diego, New York City, and Honduras, where her family originates from. Each journey fuels Iris's sense of curiosity and appreciation for the world's wonders, enriching her life both personally and professionally.
