Trained as an Architect, with experience in mid to high-end apartment and brownstone renovations in New York City, she refined her skills of transforming an obstacle into an opportunity, from code interpretation to structural integrity and spatial arrangement. As a complex individual, her professional profile expanded with the role of a Transfer Agent for Coops and Condos, making her well-versed in the application and approval process for both sales and leases.
Ioana’s mission is helping her clients find a space to call it their place, and she does so through observance, reliability and determination. She acts as a support system and loves to facilitate a smooth process, for newcomers or connoisseurs alike.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Romania, she moved to Belgium to pursue a master’s degree in Architecture from KU Leuven, before relocating to New York City in 2017. She engaged in NGO work for most of her formative years which amplified her belief that no one succeeds alone.
