"We were highly impressed with Howard while looking at homes in Hinsdale so when it came time to sell our home in Chicago we immediately thought of him. From the start he and Amy were highly professional yet easy to work with.
They helped bring out value in our home by providing practical advice decluttering and staging, emphasizing what is worth doing and what is not. things worth doing that we couldn't do ourselves, Howard lined up workers us to take care of it. When it came time to list, Howard and Amy did an excellent job of generating buzz around our home through a carefully worded description, professional photos, a virtual tour, their use of pre- tools, then the itself.
We listed on the pocket on a Wednesday, had showings on Thursday, listed on the and had an offer on Friday leading into the on Saturday where we got a second offer and lots of other interest. After the multiple offers were resolved we accepted an offer ABOVE our list price with an AS-IS clause! From then on Howard made the process super easy. He handled overseeing the inspection and various other pre-sale issues, including the sewer line rodding that from his description was far from pleasant. He just took care of things so that we didn't have to do anything but move.
