"To Whom It May Concern It’s a pleasure to report on Honore (Noni) Connor’s work for us as the selling agent of our apartment on West End Avenue in New York City. We listed the property with Noni, whom various acquaintances had recommended, in July, 2020, in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic. We had several discussions about the current market, the other properties currently listed in our building, and our own sense of urgency, which was not great. She recommended an asking price which seemed to us thoughtful and realistic – nicely sited between attractive for a prospective buyer and aspirational for us. She handled the marketing process efficiently, and it sold to the first people who saw it. There may have been some luck involved, but we credit it more to Noni’s acute sense of the market and her skill at preparing the property for sale. In fact, since we weren’t available to prepare the apartment itself, she took on that task singlehanded, and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process leading to a successful closing, Noni handled a whole slew of issues with uncommon sensitivity and skill. She negotiated firmly with the buyers’ agent, put us in touch with a very professional, and delightful, attorney, kept us in the loop on all developments, and steered us through a lot of complicated stuff we knew nothing about. She was accessible, patient, and admirably cool throughout. If there’s anything else or more one would want in an agent, I can’t imagine what that would be." - Werner

"In late-2010, my wife and I contacted Ms. Noni Connor for the purpose of selling our home---a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium apartment located in a pre-war building at 71st and West End Avenue. In our initial meeting, we specified both the pricing parameters as well as the preferred target closing date, an issue of special importance to us since we were in the process of moving to Europe; on her part, Noni made a number of specific staging recommendations that subsequently proved very helpful as we prepared our home for the market in early 2011. From the very beginning until the period of the closing, Noni was absolutely perfect for us as she flawlessly executed all the duties one might expect from a highly-experienced real-estate professional. Over the last 20 years, my wife and I have bought-and-sold homes in both Manhattan and New Jersey, and in this connection, Noni stands head-and-shoulders above the standard we have come to expect from others in her profession. For one thing, that Noni had such an intimate knowledge of the market was a huge relief to us since we felt utterly clueless about the issues of staging, pricing, promotion, and negotiation. She was literally on call whenever we needed her for anything, and there was no task that she considered too inconsequential for her attention, whether picking up flowers for an Open House or mopping up the soapsuds which (in our absence) had flooded our kitchen floor from our dishwasher. Importantly, my wife and I always felt complete and total confidence in Noni as a person. She is simply a very straightforward, honest, direct, and decent human being in whom we felt complete confidence. In this, Noni has set the bar very high.
