"If we were limited to providing a one or two words to describe the abilities and work ethic of Todd and Selina, we would offer that they are "extremely professional." They took the time to always explain to us the intricacies of purchasing a home, and were never hesitant to explain in further detail. We were always able to contact them within a few minutes, and we never felt as though were ignored. They were always punctual and more than prepared for each and every viewing that we conducted. We viewed no less than 25 listings, and each time was idenitical to the previous viewing, in terms of their processes. When viewing these listings, Todd would conduct a once-over of the inside and outside to determine if any stuctural or cosmetic issues should be of concern. While Todd was conducting his once-over, Selina would escort us through the listing, and provide her thoughts while capturing any comments we might have. This always enabled the team to adjust their futures listing searches to accomodate the needs and desires of our family. Although we were aware that the team was working with several other clients, we always felt as if we were the only clients they had. They always focused entirely on us, and we never felt like just a number. They remembered and applied specific details about our family, and even provided several tokens of appreciation to our front door on holidays and other occassions.
