As first time home buyers my wife and I had no idea how to navigate through the process of purchasing a home. We found Mike & Holly randomly after calling a few realtors to inquire about how to go about things. What made Mike & Holly stand out was their friendly demeanor and willingness to walk us through the process, explain the in and outs, and the transparent nature in which they explained things to us. All along the way they were available to us for any questions or concerns we might have had. We were moving an hour and a half away, to a new city, and making trips to view houses was sometimes inconvenient for us to do. Mike & Holly accommodated us by offering to do virtual tours for us via Facetime, so we could at least view properties before deciding to make the trip in person. This was a big help! 

We never felt that Mike & Holly were preoccupied or did not have time for us, again they were always available and always had a pleasant and happy attitude to boot. Mike & Holly made sure to go over all contracts and explain in detail what things meant before we signed, worked with us and our budget to come up with the best offer, and helped to negotiate any needs we had during the due diligence period, Mike & Holly even were able to renegotiate the sale price and save us money!!! They were literally there with us in every step of the home buying process. 

Overall, Mike & Holly was very strategic, direct and instilled confidence in my wife and myself as we navigated through a tough buyer’s market, ultimately helping us to close on a new home in a new city. We are very grateful for the help and service Mike & Holly provided for us. Buying our first home was an exciting and scary ordeal and it was reassuring to have someone like Mike & Holly in our corner!

Finding a house in a saturated, highly competitive market is already hard enough. Factor in people that treat it as such, and that already overwhelming process becomes even more daunting.
